This is a mid-length, transformational offering designed to help you work through resistance, emotional blocks, and creative stagnation, and emerge with clarity, energy, and renewed creative flow. Grounded in the alchemical metaphor, each session guides you through internal transmutation.

The Alchemist’s Path unfolds over 3 or 5 sessions, structured around the alchemical process:

session 1: calcination –ignite the block

• Identify the core creative or emotional block ( fear, comparison, imposter syndrome).

• Use expressive tools and linguistic reframing to release stuck energy.

• Begin the process of transforming resistance into fuel.

session 2: dissolution – dissolve into solution

• Break down limiting beliefs and outdated creative patterns.

• Introduce fluid creative practices to invite flow and flexibility.

• Reimagine what creativity can look and feel like.

session 3: coagulation – sink into your new foundation

• Solidify new creative practices, mindsets, and intentions.

• Build confidence in your evolving voice and direction.

session 4: distillation – refine your approach

• Revisit current creative projects and refine structure or flow.

• Apply intuitive planning to align output with intention.

session 5: the bridge – sustain trust
